Spring 2026 syllabi for both courses are now both updated and active. Some small changes may still be made before the courses begin.
There will be post-class meditation this first week of class (and every week). Class ends at 4:15 and we will gather at 4:45 in the main courtyard next to the circular bench under the big ginko tree to walk over to the temple next to Tokyo Tower. Meditation will finish around 6:00. All are welcome including those not in the class.
